Hey y'all! I'm Alexia--

Though I live in LA now, I am proud to have been raised and trained in the Washington, DC area. Growing up, I loved school, but I *especially* loved leaving school early to rehearse at the Kennedy Center under the masterful wings of artists such as Debbie Allen and Arthur Mitchell. By 16, I'd had the privilege of performing at the Lincoln Theater, at the Kennedy Center and as an NFL Jr. Allstar Dancer.

 I earned my BFA in musical theatre and graduated from the honors college at my dream school, Howard University! While studying acting, dancing and singing, I also embraced opportunities to develop as a teaching artist at The Performing Arts Training Studio, The Children's Theatre Workshop and with the Smithsonian Institute.

After journeying to Seoul to perform in the South Korean tour of Dreamgirls, I relocated to New York City. These days, I can be found fighting traffic in Los Angeles in pursuit of my mission: to use theatre, television and film as mediums to hold a mirror to society. To celebrate, challenge, and spark curiosity about what we see in the reflection!
